Full Stock ROM (5 Files) For Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge

After a number of Android 8.0 beta tests, the stock Android Oreo update finally reached the global Galaxy S7 (G930F/FD) and Galaxy S7 Edge (G935F/FD) variants. It’s a very good news for Galaxy S7/S7 Edge users who are waiting for a taste of stock Android 8.0 Oreo. The firmware update is currently rolled out in the United Kingdom in the form of OTA before the worldwide release. If you are using a Galaxy S7 (G930F/FD) or a Galaxy S7 Edge (G935F/FD), but there is not any Android 8.0 update notification on your device, then you can follow this post to flash the Android 8.0 firmware on your phone.

Requirements:
Before getting started, here are some things you should meet first:
·        Make a backup of all your important data on your phone
·        Prepare a Windows computer and a USB cable for the process
·        Keep your phone’s battery at least 30% to avoid unexpected issues
Once done, let’s start updating Android 8.0 Oreo version on your Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.
How To Update Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge To Android 8.0
1.      Download & install Samsung USB driver on your computer
2.      Download Odin v3.13.1 to flash the Android 8.0 firmware
3.      Get the stock ROM file for your device. After that, extract it to the desktop of your computer.
4.      Now, go to Settings > Account and exit all your Google Account as well as Samsung Account to avoid the activation error
5.      Switch your phone off and boot it into the Download mode by pressing Home + Power + Volume Down buttons. When you see a blue warning screen, simply press the Volume Up button
6.      Plug your phone into the computer
7.      Launch Odin.exe and continuously choose:
BL: browse to BL_G93xxx
AP: browse to AP_G93xxx
CP: browse to CP_G93xxx
CSC: browse to CSC_93xxx
8.      Once done, click on Start to begin the process
9.      Wait for 10-15 minutes and that’s done.

If you are stuck at the Samsung logo for over 15 minutes, simply power it off and boot it into the stock recovery mode by pressing Home + Power + Volume Up buttons and perform a data wipe.
